Releases
Open the method, keep the ledger. The methods, the schemas and the small models are published, so the system is the reference everyone else is measured against; the data with money in it stays on the API.
Every release carries a grade word, a licence that matches its intent (Apache-2.0 for code and weights, CC BY-SA for data and schemas, CC BY for the atlas) and the wall: no client, no driver, no dealer identifiable, ever.
Public repositories
Zero training, immediate standing: the standards the register runs on, for anyone to adopt.
The register's variant schema, the body-type vocabulary, the class taxonomy and the evidence-quote convention, with a validator.

Small, trained on what the register holds, weights and evals published together. The enterprise versions are the same models with the register attached.
Maps a registration-certificate model string, a listing title or a dealer's shorthand to the canonical variant on the register: the entity resolution the industry lacks.

Licence · Apache-2.0Date · after the Voice batchA distilled open assistant that answers commercial vehicle questions in three languages with the register's tool protocol, so anyone can run a grounded assistant on their own.
Licence · Apache-2.0Date · the year's flagship, after launchNazar research
Published after the provisionals are filed, never before; the pilot's own measurements, no synthetic numbers.
Hash-chained pings with public randomness in every batch and daily heads anchored in public; the record format as an open specification with reference libraries, so any insurer or court can verify a Nazar record without trusting us.

Nazar's aggregates, never its rows: a k-anonymity floor on every cell, and no cell for a period with a single fleet on it.

- Provisionals before preprints.
- Consent before any Nazar dataset: the driver's book and the fleet agreement name research use in three languages; opt-in per fleet, never default.
- Anonymity floors on every aggregate; no photograph leaves the register in a dataset, derived measurements only.
- Nothing trained on a client's data is ever released.
Scores are never for sale. Client data never enriches the public register without contract. Register evidence never leaks a client. Engagements never move a public number.
