How decisions are metered
The underwriting and claims desks are priced per decision. A decision is one loan file or one claim sent to the desk and one packet returned, by form or by API. A retainer buys volume at a lower rate and a named contact. Every decision is sealed and scored for you, and the desk's aggregate accuracy is published every quarter.
Design-partner seats
25 to 50 lakh rupees a year, one seat per category, five seats. A seat buys every product, the API and a vote in the method.
