Scores are never for sale.
No maker, dealer or product can buy a better number. The scoring formula is published and the inputs are logged.
Client data never enriches the public register without contract.
What you hand the desk stays with the desk. Nothing crosses the wall unless the contract says it may.
Register evidence never leaks a client.
The public register is built from public sources. It cannot be used to work out who asked us what.
Engagements never move a public number.
Paid work does not touch the index, the Passport or the ledger. The method decides those, and the method is open.
How the wall is enforced
Tenancy in the code
Every client row carries its organisation. Queries run through one path that requires it; no cross-tenant query exists outside the clean room's aggregate path, and the test that proves it is written before the feature.
An audit log the client can read
Every read of client data is logged with who, what and when, and the client sees its own log.
A clause in every contract
The four commitments are a clause in every contract, referencing this page by its address and version.
If it is breached
Write to [email protected] with the word wall in the subject. A founder answers, the breach goes on the wall's log, and the contract's remedy applies.
