The Counter

What the register sees that a maker cannot: the operator who compared four trucks on truckaurbus.com and bought somebody else's.

Figures on this page were counted on 12 September 2026.

The decision you are pricing

How did our launch land in its first 72 hours, in the operators' own words? How does each of our dealers handle a real enquiry? Who considered our truck last month, bought another, and why?

Launch reception and dealer performancePilot

How a launch landed in its first 72 hours in verified operators' own language, and how each of your dealers handled real enquiries: response time, callback rate, stock accuracy. It is the on-ramp to Why we lost at the same seat. Thin until enquiry volume grows.

How the numbers are made

Why we lost is downstream of the outcome loop. On truckaurbus.com, every enquiry and callback asks the operator's consent to a follow-up; at 30 and 60 days a message in their language asks whether they bought, which vehicle, and why that one. The answers, with no operator identity in them, are the rows a maker reads. Launch reception and dealer performance are what a partner gets in month one; the loop fills the rest.
