Design partner programme

For

Lenders, insurers, lessors, fleets and asset buyers

The deliverable

A scoped asset record, its evidence requirements and a receiving-party acceptance workflow.

What you get

A file your team can work with.

01

Identify the actual asset

Connect the chassis, fitted body and relevant configuration documents. Record what is known, who supplied it and when it was checked.

02

Follow material changes

Keep relevant inspections, changes and accepted operating outcomes attached to the asset, with access appropriate to each participating party.

03

Test reuse in practice

Work with a receiving institution to establish which evidence it accepts, which checks it repeats and what remains unresolved.

Illustrative engagement

A leased vehicle moves to its next owner.

The lessor prepares the vehicle’s configuration and permitted service evidence for a prospective buyer. The buyer can inspect the record’s coverage and decide which additional checks are required.

Proposed use case. No customer result is implied.

Evidence to bring
  • Vehicle and body documents
  • Permitted inspection and service evidence
  • The receiving party’s requirements
Outputs to review
  • A dated record with explicit coverage
  • Permissioned access to supporting evidence
  • An acceptance and follow-up record

The approach

Follow the work from source to review.

  1. 01

    Choose the receiving decision

Start with one workflow and an institution willing to define its evidence requirements.

  2. 02

    Assemble the scoped record

Agree provenance, access, review responsibilities and the process for correcting or updating information.

  3. 03

    Evaluate acceptance

Measure which records are reused, which checks remain necessary and how much work the receiving team saves.

Evaluate the result
Evidence reused

Information a receiving institution accepts in a subsequent decision.

Checks completed

Required checks completed, repeated or left open, with reasons.

Review efficiency

Time and effort saved against the institution’s existing process.

Getting started

One decision.
A useful first cycle.

Records and people to involve
  • A defined asset group and receiving workflow
  • Permission to share the selected evidence
  • An institution willing to test acceptance
Discuss the scope

Before we begin

What does an assured record establish?

Its stated scope, supporting sources and completed checks. Each recipient can see what the record covers and decide whether it meets its requirements.

Who can see the evidence?

Access is agreed for each participating party and purpose. Private client information is shared only under the applicable permissions and engagement terms.

How does this connect to CV Passport?

CV Passport is an existing evidence instrument. The network programme develops the receiving workflows and institutional acceptance needed to reuse records in further decisions.

What stage is the network at?

It is a design partner programme. The first engagements establish evidence requirements, test receiving-party acceptance and determine where repeatable value exists.

The next conversation

Discuss your next programme.

Tell us the decision, the institution and the evidence available. We’ll help define a focused first engagement.
