Your decisions
Compare dispatch and receipt quantities, weighbridge records, quality evidence and timing. Identify the source of a discrepancy before it is assigned a commercial treatment.
Apply the relevant service, delivery and quantity terms to the available records. Keep amendments, exceptions and the approving authority attached to the account.
Compare replacement, refurbishment, leasing and transition options against required capacity, terrain, loads, maintenance and energy availability.

Matched movements, unexplained differences and source records for operations, quality and commercial review.
A traceable calculation of service measures and proposed adjustments, with the review and acceptance history.
Duty-based alternatives, whole-life assumptions, dependencies and acceptance criteria for the selected scope.
A first engagement
Choose one commodity movement between two endpoints, one operating contract or one procurement cohort. Name the operational sponsor and finance reviewer, establish the approved procurement route, and agree the records and evaluation measures before the scoped engagement begins.
Questions & practicalities
The initial review maps the identifiers, timestamps, quantities and commercial references available at each endpoint. Missing or incomparable records are reported explicitly; production integration is scoped against the systems and access your teams approve.
Preserve the competing records and the applicable contract terms. The account shows the discrepancy, calculations and evidence still needed, while the authorised parties determine the accepted treatment.
Evaluate the first scope against the agreed baseline and record the implementation effort. A wider programme needs a costed rollout, shared definitions, site responsibilities and the appropriate procurement approvals.
